Polaris V
Two HDMI outputs. Triggered, looped, or scheduled.
What it does, plainly.
Polaris V drives video. The same Wi-Fi microcontroller controller, paired with a dedicated HDMI media player per channel for clean playback. Trigger lines idle LOW and pulse HIGH through a 2N2222 NPN transistor on the carrier board — the transistor is there because the media player expects an active-HIGH edge. Each output is independent; one can loop ambient content while the other waits for its cue.
Two HDMI outputs, up to 1080p60.
Per-channel content stored on each player's onboard storage — nothing depends on the network at playback time.
Looped ambient content survives Helm reboots without missing a frame.
Cue triggers fire in under 50 ms from API call to first frame.

HDMI cables are not included. Use shielded, properly terminated runs under 7.5 m — longer runs need an HDMI extender.
For 4K signage, consider doubling up Polaris V nodes rather than chaining splitters.
Often ordered with Polaris V.
Polaris A
Two channels of triggered audio. Drop in, power up, fire.
Polaris G
Ten relay channels. Drive anything that takes a contact.
Helm Server
The brain. Runs HelmOS, polls the fleet, fires every cue.
