COURSE 01· 2 hours

Operator Training

Audience

Box office staff, gamemasters, FOH operators

Prerequisite

None.

Day-to-day show operation. Bridge button workflow, Cuemaster dashboard, basic troubleshooting steps. The operator should leave this course able to run a full show, recover from a stuck cue, and call for help when they hit something they don't recognize.

COURSE 02· 6 hours

Installer Training

Audience

A/V techs, low-voltage installers, customer maintenance crew

Prerequisite

Working A/V or low-voltage install experience.

Everything needed to do a site install from a shipping box to a commissioned system. Mounting, cabling, power, network commissioning, node registration, firmware loading, and bench-test procedures.

COURSE 03· 4 hours

Show Designer Training

Audience

Show designers, producers, creative leads

Prerequisite

None. Familiarity with cueing concepts helps.

Building shows in Compose. Cues, sequences, schedules, groups, and zones. Testing in the simulator and deploying the .nss.compose archive to Helm. No programming experience needed — Compose is built for designers, not coders.

Venue Tech Training

Audience

Facility techs, IT leads, lead show technicians

Prerequisite

Installer Training or equivalent.

The full system reference. Networking, troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, firmware updates, and the diagnostic flowcharts. This course is required for any customer holding a Mission Critical support contract.
